This interdisciplinary art project aims to explore the current state of heritage arts, living conditions, and various issues faced by Indigenous peoples across the Pacific Rim. It brings together curators, artists, performing arts teams, scholars, and experts from different islands, countries, and linguistic groups to participate in research, thematic workshops, seminars, film screenings, performing arts events, and exhibitions.

It also aims to delve into discussions on related infrastructure development in the Pacific Rim region (including healthcare, health, sanitation, and water resources), as well as traditional and innovative music, dance, songs, rituals, culture, education, ecology, knowledge, land rights, and autonomy.

這藝術跨域計畫試想探討環太平洋上的原住民目前傳統文化藝術、生活情境現況、面臨的各項存在的議題等。串連不同島嶼、不同國家、不同語族的策展人、藝術家、表演藝術工作團隊、學者、專家等共同參與調查研究、各種主題工作坊、座談會、影像播放、表演藝術活動、展覽等。

並期待可以深入討論相關環太平洋的基礎建設（醫療、健康、衛生、水資源）、傳統與創新的樂音、舞蹈、歌謠、祭儀、文化、教育、生態與知識、土地與自治等議題。
